Full Resume:

• I have worked as a part-time entrepreneur since 2012 on top of my full time tech job. Before starting Logean in 2025 I have worked with B2C businesses.

• My experiences as an entrepreneur give me a wide range of skills and resilience. By design I learned how to solve all kinds of problems and it has given me the ability to face any new situation with confidence, knowing I can push through as a winner.

• We started Logean as a result of crystallized dream; we had grown to know our reason to keep working long hours and giving up weekends, while building a better future for the knowledge work businesses and their employees. Due to my years as an entrepreneur, I can offer Logean customers a specialist with the advantage of multidisciplinary background and a vast understanding of different subjects.

• I currently work for Nokia as a Technical Lead in base station ASIC development.

• At Nokia I get to see and experience the ways of a large corporation, and get to develop improvement ideas. My position offers vast insights to the interworkings of large and complex multinational teams.

• Working for Nokia has developed my communication skills, process orientation and knowledge management expertise immensely. I draw my passion for team centricity and employee empowering leadership from Nokia.

• My journey from the first employee (wearing any hat offered) of Sarokal Solutions on 2008 to Team Lead and FPGA Chief Designer of a cutting-edge base station tester solution took me through 14 years. The employer changed, the team grew, and I got to experience several different sized companies and their ways of working.

• During my journey I learned the invaluable lesson of start-up agility and performance (and commitment!) of which larger organizations only dream of. I got to see the great things an etched together, established, and respected team was able to produce, and how valuable the employer dedication towards their workforce is for achieving the common goals.

• From this experience I will always carry with me the understanding of well performing teams and what it takes to reach for top quality. I also learned what makes the start-up agility and productivity dimishish when the size of the organization grows, and the bureaucracy overhead starts to creep in.

I am expanding my scientific understanding and continuing on the path my master’s research led me. My work investigates the performance effects of employee-centric information management and strategies for utilizing AI more efficiently in knowledge work. The findings from my doctoral research will be directly applied to Logean’s product development.

After a decade of work experience, I pursued my master’s degree, driven by a growing interest in performance and effective leadership. My work involved research that went far beyond the scope of a typical master’s, culminating in my thesis:  Lean Leadership in a Product Development Organization : How to Achieve High-Performance Culture

Inspired by the research, my husband and I started Logean. We felt it was due time to put our collective expertise to good use helping organizations excel.
